My gut tells me GaAs Labs is a front for a bigger entity in this deal. Pretty much everything we've uncovered from GaAs Labs points to it being a dealmaker of sorts. With heavy ties to Qorvo and (you've guessed it).. Fruit Co.

I can't see PTI not being fully aware our the situation Anadigics was in when they signed. Maybe they took advantage of it?
