The recently announced Anadigics Transaction does not impact any of POET Technologies’ near term objectives and milestones that POET and ANADIGICS have jointly agreed to deliver. Both POET and ANADIGICS management have expressed strong confidence in the ability of the two teams to achieve the milestones established at the onset of the engagement. POET’s continued relationship with ANADIGICS serves to accelerate the lab-to-fab transition that POET announced previously.
