I think this is pretty unlikely (although i'd love to be wrong).
I believe that management has defined timing of the jump to the nasdaq as when it is in the "best interests of the shareholders".
Even with a 3:1 share consolidation, it would likely take a tsunami of positive news to move the SP north of the >$~4 US listing criteria.
The road show doesn't seem to have generated any perceptable change in trading volume. I suspect the audience wants to hold in their hands a marketable product before investing. Afraid we will have to be patient and let Geoff, Ajit, Suresh, and Subhash work their magic at their own pace.
