I dont think its an absurd request at all to ask that emails and conversations not be posted on a public chat room or forum. It may prove to be a good idea for IR to try and keep majority of the questions and answers to shareholders via phone calls. I would not be happy if someone recorded a phone call with me unknowingly, and then posted it publicly for whatever reason.

I do feel email deserves the same respect, but much harder to enforce. Obviously unless clearly noted prior.
