DNWL's theory of subliminal messages as far as PET is concerned may or may not be valid. But I wonder if we can instead shift his theory from PET to the military branch.
I think Mr Warrior is a bigger piece of the overall puzzle than we may think. And going off memory, I don't recall his name nor any defence related details being included from the presentation. There was the reference to BAE and their role winding up, but that's about it without reading the transcript again.
I know the statement was made at a different time and under a different structure, but Peter did say "NASDAQ won't happen without a deal". Obviously a contract would motivate many money people to act.
Otherwise, I don't know how the SP can be appreciated and sustained long enough simply by slow accumulation or through a PP involving "platinum" investors. There has to be some concrete committment eventually and POET has had military/defense ties for a long time.
