Rainer..according to sedi in dec 2013 LP had about 500k in regular shares so i have no doubt he has sold them all to buy his options....the cost to exercise all 3mil options is huge along with the cost of immediate tax hit he would take... The strike price of his 3mil options are in the money on conversion...I was wondering if its possible to trade-transfer your options to another party prior to converting them if you are no longer an insider
