I have been very critical of management at times, i have expressed concerns and asked pressing questions. I have expressed anger and fruatration. I have always tryed to conduct myself with class and to exude reapect for all. I have never had a post removed or recieved a warning. It took awhile for me to earn the trust, but i think everyone here knows my motives. Thats why i may not recieve many recs for my opinions but they are accepted as my point of view. I appreciate the culture that has been harbored here. I wish some of the older posters would still be here with us today because they enriched my life and knowledge. Its a double sided sword when it comes to the ban hammer, i respect that some try and protect the genuine nature of the board, and you cannot just let the bottom feeders surface repeatedly under different aliases. This must come with swift action and uncompromising assertations.
