POET Technologies Inc.

I understand that companies at times need to consider warrants for fund raising and to get investment dollars. I think we have seen where these warrants can hurt the SP when they are going to be exercised. My question that I would like to see asked - will POET continue to issue warrants for raising cash, rewarding management?
