Scaling down to 40nm will be equivelant to si at 14 nm in speed, how much reducyion in power usuage and cost saved to manufacturing is occuring. Was power output and power reduction scaled back to meet current demands because early on it was projecyed to have 90x savings. Is 40nm eq to 14- or 10nm.this is all for pet, without the O? How long till the O, what can we expect then?
