You could have a ratchet effect of Pinetree selling to exercise warrants then selling those shares to raise their cash, was this already addressed and I missed it? Anyone else who owns warrants that may want to do the same?
I brought up the possibility of naked short selling to Chris, where houses sell shares they neither own nor borrow, (non existent shares so to speak) crashing the price, then "buy" them back for a tidy profit. He ruled that and dark pool trading out. Still if I am the new CEO, I want to know why the market cap of my company has eroded by 50% in 5 weeks.
Whatever, whoever, the pace has accelerated dramatically and has to reach a capitulation level and my guess is, even if selling does continue in September, it cannot be sustained at these levels.
