Given our low stock price, someone like Sheldon with deep pocketed friends could acquire a significant portion of the company with personal funds with each partner keeping below the 10%. 5 or 6 guys with 20 million each could have over time accumulated alot of shares especially with PNP accomodating by essentially giving away 10% of the company at fire sale prices.
