I agree the language could be open to that interpretation, Babaoriley. I might even be tempted to agree with you if that text was not written in the context of IP protection. But I'm afraid what causes my opinion to disagree with your view (respectfully) is the fact that essentially the same sentence was written in the Corporate Overview section of the POET Overview document released nearly a year ago. Shouldn't we have seen some revenue by now as a result of licensing to a third party, if that was in fact the meaning intended? An honest question.
Maybe someone has an explaination for unrealized revenue if licensing had actually occurred last year sometime. Is it possible?
