From $1.68 not long ago to the low of $1.39 today shorts must be covering,what is the present position ????.

As for news ,if the next one is to be inclusive of a deal you would think it will be elaborate meaning lots of drafts and re writes aswell as a ton of lawyers all of which take time.We are also in high holiday season and certain signatures might be unavalable because of holidays all adds up to a longer wait.

Second quarter results are due when???,mid August.
