Although I very much agree and I don’t think any shareholders would argue this point. It does make a statement. These are incentive options designed to keep people and incentivise them to work hard for the good of the company and for the benefit of shareholders. Clearly this says that POET does not need to give Geoff more options to make him work hard. Consider also that maybe he was offered more and actually turned those options down? We don’t know.
