Oogee my mind was working along the same lines connecting the dots from that statement made at the CIC by PC re 30 engineers with the Warrior appointment and that curious M&A statement.

Certainly the two companies are moving in parallel regarding military applications and the sort of process accreditations they have don't come easily. There is a high degree of mutual benefit in merger and the fact that Warrior joins POET's board tends to Aquisition, formation of a new company perhaps? But where's the money - follow the money - now whose got lots of money, mmhhh?
