I know these companies have huge R&D budgets but money will only get you so far.. These articles all show the same thing.. You can't buy genius. IMO, Ajit sees something in POET that money can't buy. Namely Dr. Taylor & the holistic solution. None of these papers(Intel or IBM) have the holistic approach. That's where the real problem lies, transistors are only a small part. IBM is designing a better engine that doesn't fit in the new car. Rainer and Fj pointed this out eloquently this week.
