This point that an analyst doesn't want to comment could be due to various reasons, which we don't know for sure and what we read on this forum is only speculation and nothing more.

One reason could be (just my pure guess) the lack of a real development in Poet's status in recent months, so he practically has no technical ground to recommend or reject PTK .

This is interesting how some APPARANTLY investors try to take advantage of Michae'position and spread disappointment among the shareholders.
