Great Post Rick however one thing I think to point out is that the quarter they are referring to in the MD&A is the Fourth Quarter of 2014, so next quarter could mean right now, as in milestones done in first quarter. But with the equipment delay in could mean 2nd quarter. It's a bit ambiguous. Either way there is no way it means 3rd quarter. See this post by Rob.
