I think what we all need to remember and appreciate is that Ajit has played in this arena for many years and knows better than anyone how to deal with Apple and the dangers that relationship poses. If POET is at the table then I think that probably Google is as well. Both can have their own slices of the POET pie and if they are both owners of POET parts then nether will be allowed to take the company out without spending the amount of money that would make all shareholders happy.
