POET Technologies Inc.

Although POET's GaN capacity is not on the milestone chart it is very much part of POET's focus for power applications. It will be interesting to see what they do with it...IE will they add GaN layers to the existing POET structure for adding high current capabilities along with all other POET devices? As stated before they have enough on their plate right now with enough markets to satisfy but it will interesting to see all the different future aspects of POET evolve as customers find applications in device combinations that are not available with any other technology.
