The timing is interesting. I would have thought that with so much going on right now that they would want to delay calling the meeting until they had a clearer picture of the future? Maybe a clearer picture is already known? Maybe this is why they can go on BNN now? I don't know but I am a little surprised. Holding it in Silicon Valley to me suggests that they expect to have a large number of SV investors at that time? The last I had heard they were thinking about holding this one in Toronto? Conditions are changing pretty fast right now I think.
