Could Apple also be planning a Canadian head office in future as well to avoid some of those pesky US tax issues(ala Burger King)? I doubt the US would let that happen but who knows?
We have known BAE has been involved with PTK for along time. I have doubts that they were the unnamed 3rd party foundry that we have been wondering about for so long. If it is/was BAE, why couldn't we just say so all along? We had NR's stating bAE's involvement already so why the need for secrecy for this part? I still think there is another 3rd party foundry to be named.
Bob Mansfield and the special project division connection is starting to look more probable. What PTK milestone announcement did Mansfield's move closely follow? Was it 100 nm?
