Non exlusive is a key word re foundary regarding their prototyping with BAE. I expect they will be focusing on memory next. Understand that BAE has already built the thyristor for detector applications. So it is really in my opinion they only way they can move quickly through the milestones as the have siognificant history.

It makes perfect sense for them to use BAE to continue with the prototyping. This way it gives all other foundries equal opportunity.
