Im simply stating that it would not be a deal breaker,if the new ceo is offered options which are free to him / her at whatever price 1.50 ,4 or even $5.00 it will not matter when the stock is at 10,20 or higher because we are simply talking about a few million difference to people that are most likely worth hundreds of millions already.

The number seems large to us but a couple of million to a millionaire a few hundred times over is no big deal.
