Imo, there is not such concerted effort, the market is in decision mood. The company has

delayedits updates, even choosing a new CEO, consequently investors have become more conservative than other times. This is the normal behaviour of the market in such situation.

Meanwhile Shorters are taking advantage and play with SP.
