Agreed it would be much better to be structured on future value. I think Peter is the right guy to do it. Obviously there is a balance where Synopsys assumes some risk by assigning future value with a floor price to cover costs. If that makes any sense. Obviously there have been some promises made already to cover the costs of work done so far unless it was covered by a customer.
