depending on the structure of the deal, my primary concern would be one of dilutive impact that was unbalanced.
our money has been what's kept POET working for many (many!) months.

initially (at least from my frame of reference) we had 90MM o/s, now it's double that.
yes there are reasons, and we know what they are.
but (taking a hard stance) we've already been force-fed 50% over the years, and in the end I don't want us to collectively end up in the kind of leaky lifeboat that Zuck & Co. sailed Eduardo Saverin off in.
perhaps (and especially) because the old-guard of oddball management is gone, we are in much better shape to not get shafted.
but retail -- almost by definition -- tends to get the short (and sometimes pointy) end of the stick.
