Actually, I stand to be corrected and welcome brighter minds than mine to do so. This may not have been shares bought on the market. I expect if it were a new PP that would have been announced. Maybe IBK had warrants / options that were excercised in January. In any event, I think IBK putting more $$ into PTK is a good sign.
