Walconst is correct on this guys. This statment means that they starting looking for a CEO about a month ago. They've though about it until now, maybe they put the word out there and such but they got serious last month.
I still think we'll see the Milestones announcements before the CEO, then the CEO will close on our parntnerships/JVs/contracts. All with Ajit on the BoD helping smooth everything out. IHMO
