Absolutely agree Doodle. Is there any rule on the book that really clarifies how much is to much ? Until they state that it really should be fair game. I wouldn't have any problem if I knew the rules up front. Personally I don't trade in and out very often at all but I can understand the amount of taxes that wouldn't be paid on gains within a TFSA especially if Poet goes where we all hope. Cheers Crzyhors
