Yes, share counts are completely relative.
Revenue, and earnings are the engine.
Case in point: AAPL.
AAPL had a billion shares, had a 5:1 split, now has 5 billion shares. Has their shareholder audience even blinked?
No, because AAPL is in a growth cycle, and revenue, and earnings are driving it.
POET will have their growth cycle (preceded by its hyper-growth cycle), and we will have our splits too, and run up in price, and split again....., but it will be driven by revenue, and earnings.
Our share count is nothing if the underpinnings of valuation are understood.
