NRE is going to be in the $10 million range. You think these guys are going to sign over licensing deals for a couple of bucks. Do you think that companies who are spend $10 million for a mask set to build a chip for one product in 16nm FinFET are going to be given the keys to 30 years of Taylor's work and all the efforts that have gone on to bring this technology to commercialization readiness.
These guys are not making up stories and starting their PR if they did not feel they have the traction to do right now. Why would they?
Land a miracle contract? I can't even believe that someone who has spent the time to do the proper due diligence could say such a thing.
