He quessed that it would be the capiital market as PTK is a micro cap and it is cheaper for them adminstratively.. he also said micro cap companies do not get to choose. Also, he said there would be no point to list on the global as it is the same electronic exchange only with higher fees.. In a second email he said that that POET does not qualify for a global market listing because of the pretax income requirements..
