Some believe a buyout is the quickest way to make the most. IMO, a buyout occurs when the purchasing party believes they are obtaining something at a discount to its true value. I believe we can have a rapid run up that will be the equivalent of a premium buyout price, for those who want to cash out, and at we can have a strong and perhaps sensational run longer term. The sooner a CEO is announced, the sooner the buyout discussions dissipate.
We would likely be able to achieve within 6 months to a year whatever premium a buyout might yield, and go a far way beyond in years to come. Besides, I have absolutely no plan for when this board goes away, a buyout would make me give it up cold turkey. Not sure I can adapt this late in life. ; > )
