There were just so many significant discoveries offered in that presentation that we are going to be able to think about a lot new advantages that POET offers. POET just makes more and more sense to industry that has stalled and the majority of companies who have not been able to afford to keep up with performance available to the likes of Apple or Samsung.
Yes $500k for a 40nm mask set for a POET product that offers the same performance as the 14nm mask set in silicon at $10 million for a specific product. This means that companies who have never been able to build a high performance product due to cost could now afford to.
