Oldgreg - For NASDAQ global I believe it is 90 consecutive trading days (18 weeks) at $4 US or greater. To meet the end of June timeframe that would require the clock to start running this week (approx).
My 3 points of interest were:
1 - PC said at 46.36, "I have massaged the June date in anticipation we could have delays". To me this highlights his confidence in meeting that timeline. Although accept delays may occur.
2 - $25m revenue at ARM's 81 PE Ration would value the company at $2bn or approx $10/share - Nice!
3 - If revenue is not expected till H2 2015 ie post NAS listing, what is the news that can "run us up" to NAS - Personally I believe only significant partnership news could leverage that sort increase. We will wait and see.
