there is not sense for warrants holder to bring the price down if they need to sell the share for purchase the warrants.( they have to sell more share in order to buy the same qty of warrants).
the best interest for the warrants holder is a higher SP. tax you pay anyway!!!
right now what we are seeing is retail investor with warrants selling into the market to be able to purchase the warrants at 0.75. simple is that. Investor were expecting news in December , and until today 15 January 2015 there is nothing, and the time is running out for warrants holders. on top of that add the shorts and here we are at 1.21.
will be interesting to see if PR go back to fairchj with same numbers.
i am very happy to see SI exercise warrants with a cheque, is a boost of confidence is trying to give to the market.
