With all do respect I feel like time lines are more like guide lines. For instance if I asked you how long it takes to get to the airport you'd say 45 minutes depending on traffic and what day. All of a sudden, main route is closed for construction and since its pouring rain on a Friday afternoon takes you 3 hours. Then if you were asked the same question 8 months later you'd probably still say 45 minutes. And now some people on this forum say " he said q4 2014! " well it should have only taken 45 mind to get to the airport, who's to blame? No one.
