Just to clarify,

The news release was justified for Dr Taylor’s sale which identified personal financial needs and also went on to say that it was a one off event. The motivation for that release was because Geoff is co-founder of the company and inventor of the technology so a sale by him would most definitely cause alarm if it was not properly explained. The sale by Pinetree does not hold anywhere near the importance and most investors have been able to figure out that the resource market on the Venture in steady decline has cause liquidity problems impacting his debt covenants.
