That can only mean when a deal of sorts is in the bag.
He also stated a deal (NRE) is likely late 2014 or certainly early 2015.
His words and he said he is sticking with that when asked the question directly at the AGM.
That is more than good enough for me.
Until then ..... I don't really care about the current SP.
When POET comes out with the right type of initial deal / JV ..... look out.
I am as surprised as everyone else that the market players have been so successful in driving the sp down (this is very serious professional trading going on) ..... but I see this as a temporary condition from which we will rise gloriously .....
But only when the time is right.
