Poet did NOT say definitively that NRE revenue would occur during Q4 or Q1; they said that this was "the earliest that NRE revenues could be expected". Therefore, by setting their modest goal of achieving NRE revenue sometime in 2015 they have set themselves up for success. They very well could still achieve NRE revenue in Q1 and that satisifies the goal. I believe, Poet is setting realistic achievable goals that they wish to over deliver on. Time will tell.
