It was a sale from his rrsp account so it would not be a sell to raise cash...i think FJ has it right..it was to facilitate a sale to a pre-arranged buyer and had no impact on share price..i though prefer strict discipline in pre revenue companies when it comes to insider selling..it should be avoided as it creates concern, hurts momentum...it is understandable in dr taylors case gven his modest salary and fact he had sold none previosuly...the best scenario is that sheldon did it to buy in to other stocks that are depressed or was asked to sell some by a large prearranged buyer as it appears there is a window this month to transact by insiders...this will be a blip in a short while if not already providing we see no more of it ...clarification from the company in one form or another would be good for consitency given they sort of set a precedent with doc taylors NR..onward
