If indeed industry is well aware of POET tech then I'm still trying to evaluate if this is a good thing or not. Reason being that as you say " someone always says something". If the bright and intelligent people who have delved into what POET has to offer are overwhelmingly impressed that it is the next big thing we should have seen an increase in buying on the strenghts of the inevitable leakage. Doesn't appear to have happened.
Can't see it being on account of NDAs etc. because I percieve few restrictions on POET principals to transact.
So given an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an almost sure thing and people do have relatives, inlaws and friends, I would have expected some serious scrambling to not miss out, starting some while ago.
