RE SHORTS!!!!! This topic keeps coming up time and time again and the answer remains the same time and time again.
According to every broker I have spoken to no share with an order against it can be lent out. On second thought, this should read "SHOULD not be lent out".
The only way to make absolutely sure that your shares aren't lent out is to keep them in certs or in a cash / registered account.

I HAVE A SELL IN ON ALL MY PTK and I suggest all here do the same !!! day traders nat would not do that,,,,,Now with what I read here and the holdings the rest of you just DO IT and lets see what happens
