I have offered previously, in discussions on this forum, the suggestion that the current news releases indicate efforts are being made to tone down the claims of POET technology. I view this as part of a strategic plan to protect the technology from hostility rather than an effort at backtracking over prior overblown claims. If I am right, expect little mention of Ajit Manocha's connection with POET in his forthcoming address. There may be a general reference regarding the attempts to overcome the impending Silicon impasse that is now acknowledeged by the industry; I would not expect specifics and there may be no mention at all and it should not influence share price.
