IMO, POET is a perfect target for short player.
- Compagnie without actual revenues.
- Low SP, meaning it only has to moove a few penny, one way or the other, to a get 10% profit (short profit)
- SP very suggestible to bad or good news and even rumors.
- Lots of interest and volume for a small cap compagnie without revenues. Meaning that if you want to sell you share, once you have picked them at bottom price, there allways someone ready to jump on it. And you get a quick profit out of it.
If you look in general, there is not alot of compagnie out there with the volatility and volume that POET has. Precious metals juniors only moove when there is news and then will stay flat for a long time and so as energy juniors.
Once you get revenues and your SP increase to above , lets say 15$ then it is much harder to create false feeling and momentum since the $$$$ allways talk..
So in my point of view... Shorting with POET will continu for a while and we just got to live with it and possibly even accumulate more Shares if we can, when price is low.
That is what i m trying to do now.
So remember that, in a few years from, when you ll be sitting on your yatch or beach house you won t even remember what the price was in Sept. 2014.
