It's odd since they put quotation marks around the words several times, almost inviting people to speculate on who it will be.

We all know that the market hates uncertainty, and it appears as though this "foundry" is going to be doing a lot of work for us; shouldn't the shareholders be given this info?

Not being critical, and yes, there are likely numerous reasons for doing so, just wanted to hear opinions as to why.
