I'm sick of the side of mouth, low brow comments here, from all directions. My suggestions 1) get a room, if you have a gripe with an individual, PM them and address it like adults. 2) if you feel the need to remove someone's post, have the guts to PM them and tell them why you are doing it. I've removed 2 posts since being "empowered" and I did not do this, but I can guarantee you I will in the future. It should be required. 3) talking down about individuals on the open forum is wrong, it is immature and cowardly. 4)address with facts not emotions. 5). If you don't have PM capability, bite your tongue about any of the above until you do.
