KANE BIOTECH ANNOUNCES GRANT OF OPTIONS
Kane Biotech Inc. has granted an aggregate of 250,000 stock options at an exercise price of 10 cents per common share to Dr. Sarah Prichard, a director of the company. The option is pursuant to the corporation's stock option plan and is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance. In accordance with securities regulatory requirements, any shares issued pursuant to the exercise of such options will be subject to resale restriction for a period of four months from the date of the grant.
