Well they have a certain amount for this and want more to add to it that they can offer more options and warrants. What's that if not "printing" ,,,Everytime they're exercised they are added to the float and if you think that doesn't hurt you have a short memory. The value of our investment is now less than half of what it was a couple of months ago mainly because of those options and warrants.
Sure I know much of this stuff has to be done but everytime it is it's dilution. We may need to do it to get to where we want to be. But there's no guarantee. I'm just saying you should allways give a lot of thought to something before signing a blank cheque.
Like I said, I'd be happy enough with a RS if when we get on the Nasdaq and the demand for shares increase, ( which they most certainly will as everyone here seens to think,) that the way they increase the number is split and not dilute. My opinion anyway and I'm intitled to that.
